"I really want people to, when they hit our website, to feel like they found the company that's going to take care of their needs in the Flathead Valley of Montana."
You said that on our June 29 call, Scott. We heard you. This page is everything we are building your new website from: your words, your brand, your inventory, your towns, and the plan. Every claim on it is something you can click or count.
"It's the time that we spend with our clients that is a huge, huge differentiator for us."
Scott, onboarding call, June 29
Your full logo kit arrived July 17. 57 files, straight from your Google Drive link. Three lockups: horizontal, stacked, and the icon. Each one in black, white, pink, and white with pink, plus the original design files.
Your pink is the anchor of the brand. We sampled it straight from your files so the new site uses your exact color, not a close guess.
Everything on the new site gets built from these files. No stretched screenshots, no recreations.

Green means in hand. Amber means waiting, and each amber row says exactly what it unlocks.
57 files, received July 17. Unlocks: every page carries your real brand.
In hand. Unlocks: launch day is a switch we flip, not a scramble.
In hand. Unlocks: real event photos, picked by us, placed where they sell.
Connected and reading your live data. Unlocks: we measure the new site against the old one from day one.
In hand. Unlocks: the site opens on Montana from the air, in your footage.
Unlocks: your live catalog page gets built in, synced to the inventory your team already manages.
In hand. Unlocks: your map listing and the new site working together instead of separately.
We pulled your entire catalog apart and organized every product and photo. Below is a sample from each of the 18 categories, in the order that earns you the most: sailcloth tents first, then bars, linens, chairs, and the rest of the walk.
Every photo below is from your own catalog. The full organized inventory is here, all 1,237 images, in a new tab.

Destination weddings, booked from far away
A bride in Nashville books you without ever standing in Montana. The website has to do the showroom's job. Couples and planners from Nashville, New York, and Los Angeles choose their Flathead Valley vendors sight unseen. The new site is built to be the thing that makes that choice feel safe.
Corporate events, resorts, and everything after
The corporate side gets its own clear path, because those buyers move fast and want confidence, not romance. And the site also holds space for celebrations of life and family events, handled with the care you described on the call. When winter slows the tents, your lounge furniture push has room to take over.
When someone in these towns searches for tents, chairs, or event rentals, you need to be what they find. The new site is planned so each of these places gets real attention, with real inventory behind it.
You also pointed out that there is no good online resource for venues in the area. That stays on the board as groundwork for the full build.
No previews today, on purpose. Friday you get both directions as real, clickable pages instead of static mockups. Here is what each one is, in words, and which of your own reference sites feeds it.
Warm Editorial
The site feels like the wedding your couples are imagining.
- Big serif headlines with an editorial, magazine feel
- Warm ivory, soft light, romance in the photography
- Real Montana places named in the captions
Feeds from your references: Curated Events and Casa de Perrin. You will see it Friday.
Modern Gallery
The site feels like hiring the most capable crew in the Valley.
- Strict grid and gallery whitespace, nothing crowded
- A cinematic category wall for the inventory
- Deep Montana pine and near-black, confident and clean
Feeds from your references: Skyline Tent Company and Peak Event Services. You will see it Friday.
Gallatin Event Rental in Bozeman is the regional bar. You told us you refer to their site a lot. Both versions are built to clear it.
This page: your full inventory check, live
Everything we have, everything you told us, in one place you can verify.
Versions A and B, live and clickable
Warm Editorial and Modern Gallery as real pages you can open on your phone. Then a short call to pick the direction together.
Your feedback, then the build locks
Days, not weeks. You react, we adjust, and the winning direction becomes the site.
Launch, off Point of Rental
Old addresses redirected, final checks on phone and desktop, live in your busiest stretch.
An invite for our team. This is what lets the live catalog get built into the new site.
One line from whoever made the logo. It makes the site's type match your brand exactly.
Nothing to approve today. This page is an inventory check, not a review. Just reply to the email this came with and we handle the rest. Your designs land Friday, July 24.
